Horizontal menu of document groups available; click on the selected group to display the documents of selected group. The currently displayed document group is always the first and in a larger font.

Tools for adding a document or group displayed to the municipality administrators only.

• Button - links to the form for creating a new document group
• Button - links to the form for creating a new document
• Buttons a used to move the document group in order forward and backward
• Button - used to edit the selected document group
• Confirmation button - used to remove the selected document group (you will be prompted to confirm the operation upon clicking it)
• Button - displays the filter form which can be used to filter the documents based on specified characteristics; the filtering is confirmed by clicking "Search"

• Document number
• Document name
• Added - date of adding the document
• Tools (displayed to the municipality administrators only)
  • Buttons a used to move the documents in order up and down (the buttons are only displayed if there is no active filter or manual sorting by columns)
  • Button used to edit the selected document
  • Confirmation button used to remove the document (you will be prompted to confirm the operation upon clicking it)
