Municipality contacts
List and possible management of municipality contacts and contact groups.
Tools
Tools for adding contacts and contact groups. Tools are displayed to the municipality administrators only.
- "Add contact group" - link to the form for creating a new contact group
- "Add contact" - link to the form for creating a new contact
Main contacts
Table of main municipality contacts that are not included in any group.
- Contact portrait - contact portrait image (this column is displayed only if at least one of the contacts has a portrait)
- Contact name - the name or generic name of the municipality contact
- Phone - the phone number of the contact, if specified
- Email - the active e-mail address of the contact, if specified
- Tools (displayed to the municipality administrators only)
- Buttons a used to move the contacts in order up and down
- Button used to edit the selected contact
- Confirmation button used to remove the contact (you will be prompted to confirm the removal of contacts upon clicking it)
Contact groups
- Group name
- Tools (displayed to the municipality administrators only)
- Buttons a used to move the groups up and down
- Button used to edit this group
- Confirmation button used to remove this group (you will be prompted to confirm the removal of this group upon clicking it)
