Contacts

Tools for adding contacts and contact groups. Tools are displayed to the municipality administrators only.

• "Add contact group" - link to the form for creating a new contact group
• "Add contact" - link to the form for creating a new contact

Table of main municipality contacts that are not included in any group.

• Contact portrait - contact portrait image (this column is displayed only if at least one of the contacts has a portrait)
• Contact name - the name or generic name of the municipality contact
• Phone - the phone number of the contact, if specified
• Email - the active e-mail address of the contact, if specified
• Tools (displayed to the municipality administrators only)
  • Buttons a used to move the contacts in order up and down
  • Button used to edit the selected contact
  • Confirmation button used to remove the contact (you will be prompted to confirm the removal of contacts upon clicking it)

• Group name
• Tools (displayed to the municipality administrators only)
  • Buttons a used to move the groups up and down
  • Button used to edit this group
  • Confirmation button used to remove this group (you will be prompted to confirm the removal of this group upon clicking it)
